Retreat Home’s board of directors provides spiritual, financial and strategic leadership to ensure the organization remains faithful to its mission, while responsibly stewarding the resources entrusted to it.

Jennifer Polley is a retired pediatrician and the founder of Northwest Pediatric Center in Chehalis.

“I am excited to serve on the board of Retreat Home and deeply believe in its mission to provide compassionate supportive places for people as they transition to sustainable housing. I admire the care, training and love Retreat Home invests in their hosts families as they live out the hospitality of the Gospel.” 

Dale works as an Administrative Manager and Controller for the KDA Architecture firm in Yakima, WA.

Dale was part of the ground-breaking prayer group before Retreat Home became our name.

“It all began with prayer. Seeing Retreat Home come to life is a beautiful mission to ensure that families have a place to lay their heads. Jesus was there for the poor and needy, giving us the example of how to provide for the less fortunate.”

Amy is a former social worker, and the Director of Human Resources at a Senior Living community in Redmond.
