Retreat Home’s board of directors provides spiritual, financial and strategic leadership to ensure the organization remains faithful to its mission, while responsibly stewarding the resources entrusted to it.

Jennifer Polley is a retired pediatrician and the founder of Northwest Pediatric Center in Chehalis.

“I am excited to serve on the board of Retreat Home and deeply believe in its mission to provide compassionate supportive places for people as they transition to sustainable housing. I admire the care, training and love Retreat Home invests in their hosts families as they live out the hospitality of the Gospel.” 

Molly Baker is a woman of faith who believes deeply in the power of community, connection, and caring for others well. She brings both practical wisdom and a relational heart to the work she supports.

I especially love that the experience transforms not only the families being served, but also the host families who open their homes and hearts.”

Amy is a former social worker, and the Director of Human Resources at a Senior Living community in Redmond.

Renata McNeely works in real estate and is a spiritual director. She is deeply committed to participating and loving her community.
